Are you interested in adding one of our pups to your family? With the help of our friends at the Forsyth County Animal Shelter, our adoption process is designed to place our Pups with Purpose in loving forever homes. To begin the process, simply download and complete both the survey and the application. Once completed you can either:

1. Email the forms to animalshelterinfo@forsythco.com

2. Deliver them in person to the Forsyth County Animal Shelter at 4065 County Way Cumming, GA 30028

 

• The adoption fee is $85 and includes spay/neuter and vaccinations.

 

• Please note that submitting an application is only the first step in our process and does not guarantee the adoption of one of our Pups with Purpose.

 

• Selected applicants are subject to a background check.

 

• A mandatory Meet and Greet with the dog is required before you are allowed to take the dog home. Also, you will be provided a one-hour Introduction to Basic Obedience (at no cost to you).
